Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment. We offer monthly memberships or class passes.

Body Back® is just for mamas--it's not about getting your physical "body back" after having a baby; there is no such thing as a pre and post-baby body; just one...yours...a temple of motherhood and fourth-trimester womanhood. One body that grew a human being and changed you -- for the better. Find your #strengthinmotherhood and discover your postpartum self, from the inside, out. Nourish your being, lift your spirit, and reach new heights in a three time a week fitness and wellness journey with other women and other moms.

Run Club is for all levels, whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas. Our run program allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics and Run Days. No running experience required!

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
